The Upper House

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed with. The staff here will go the extra mile; the room’s design is okay slightly dated but still modern. Will definitely comeback the soonest. The location is good shopping and food is within the complex and is near Admiralty Station. The view of the harbor is the best! Now I understand it why they are included in the list of the world’s best hotels.

recently had the pleasure of staying at The Upper House Hotel in Hong Kong for one night and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Fabulous room with amazing view. Great view for New Year's Eve fireworks. Professional and lovely staff. Room so spacious and clean. Love the free items in the mini bar. And thank you for the complimentary room spray - I love it!
